About this site

I built this site to offer inspiration to anyone seeking to better know our Lord Jesus Christ. From the faithful believer to the new believer, my desire is to offer a place of encouragement. We live in a fallen world, but by His grace, we have been saved, Amen!

I came to Christ in July of 2014 at the age of 59. In my faith journey I first began with the Lutheran Brethren, but in the summer of 2018 I found my home in a Baptist church in Portland, Oregon. I chose to follow God's leading in my life in 2019, and his leading brought my wife and I 2,700 miles from our home in Troutdale, Oregon to Navarre, Florida.

I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. — Psalms 32:8

When we arrived in Florida,we happily became members of Calvary Baptist Church in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. It was such a blessing to finally find, and belong to, a true Bible-believing church. God spoke to my heart about reaching the lost, and I've since been involved in prison ministry. God is great, and perfect all the time, and we are very excited to see what He has for us in the future!
